Trespassing charges filed LEWISTOWN A 66-year-old man is facing trespassing charges after Lewistown Police said they responded to a complaint. Laughlin-Henry was charged with a total of eight criminal counts, including felony counts of statutory sexual assault, unlawful/sexual contact with a minor and corruption of minors. LEWISTOWN A 28-year-old Lewistown man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly touching a 10-year-old inappropriately. Documents state that Laughlin-Henry also denied that a second sexual encounter occurred. Laughlin-Henry reportedly denied the teen’s allegations that they engaged in sexual activity, but indicated otherwise in his description of the first encounter. The 13-year-old also reported smoking cigarettes and marijuana with Laughlin-Henry, both of which Laughlin-Henry provided to the minor, and the teen additionally reported sleeping in Laughlin-Henry’s truck while he was at work during the day.
